You may pay online using Paypal,a simple, secure way to transfer money online or mail in your check by downloading our registration form. Register soon for your early bird discount! Please note your registration fee covers ALL classes, ALL shows, ALL meals and sleeping accommodations.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL UNTIL APRIL 11th $395
REGULAR PRICE AFTER APRIL 11th $445
CHILDREN UNDER TWO ARE FREE
Special day rates are available at $175 per day 5pm to 5pm
LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS MAY 16th 2008. BALANCE DUE IN FULL MAY 16th 2008

REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. CABINS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDINGLY. If you have preferred cabin mates please register as early as possible and notate your pre fences on your registration form. We will do our best to accommodate you. Note that you can bring your personal tent; however, you still have to pay the same price as if staying in a cabin. We regret that campground policy does not permit discounts for attendees who bring their own food or who choose to stay at a hotel or who go home to sleep.
VEGETARIANS MUST SIGN UP FOR VEGETARIAN MEALS IN ADVANCE ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations have to be made in writing before May 16th, 2008 in order to receive refunds (less $50 per person for a cancellation fee). We regret that no refunds will be granted after this date under any circumstances. A cancellation confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail or by post.
